The web sites are key drivers for influencing users to request a tour to visit one or more of our schools.The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for building Learning Care Group鈥檚 position as the thought leader in early childhood education. The Online Marketing Manager will drive traffic, engage audiences and improve conversion online. This role requires a self-starter who will implement SEO best-practices company-wide as well as advise on and execute the social media strategy. In this highly visible position, you鈥檒l use your skills to convert traffic to school tour requests for each site as well as manage the analytics responsible for traffic reporting and analysis. Responsibilities: Manage SEO/SEM/PPC efforts. Work closely with our agency to develop, execute and evaluate effectiveness of SEM/PPC campaigns for all web properties. Grow search traffic to Learning Care Group鈥檚 five brand web sites. Strategies should include landing page optimization, targeted link building, new keyword targeting, increased and improved content and social media engagement. Develop reports on key metrics and project status, to stakeholders across the organization. Consult and problem solve when needs arise. Define and execute social media strategy including awareness and buzz generation on social networks, discussion boards, blogs and other influencer groups. Establish social media presence on social media sites such LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Drive traffic and database growth through social media activities. Track social media, blog, and various community/viral communication channels. Create online communities for existing customers and prospects to exchange ideas and thoughts on industry trends, etc. Work with external subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content for social media sites, online articles, etc. to drive traffic to web sites as well as establish company as a thought leader. Keep abreast of current social media and SEO trends and developments. Identify current and future opportunities and develop strategic plans for implementing social solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree 聽in Marketing or related field. At least five (5) years experience in online marketing experience with significant experience in website optimization and SEO, new media and social media technologies. Proven hands on SEO experience: optimizing content and website architecture, link building and keyword research. Demonstrated ability and interest in using blogs and other social media platforms to build and engage audiences. Strong project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and writing skills. Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. | ||||
